  • Starfish Cove

This campsite is known as the land zone as it is slightly far from the beach but you can still experience the landmarks. This campsite can accommodate around 40 people and 8 vehicles, making it bigger than the Abalone Point. Aside from accommodation, this campsite is adjusted with 2 tables for preparing food, a sink, and seven picnic tables.

If you want to make reservations, then it isn’t possible to just call the night before and book a site. You need to call and make a booking at least 6 months prior to your arrival and this is because they have so many visitors that it’s hard to get a booking anytime soon. If you don’t own a tent or an RV then you don’t need to worry as they have 8 tents and 8 RVs available for rent but you must put up your name on the waiting list before 8am to acquire one.

The campground offers both RV and tent camping and cabins for those who want a little more luxury. There are also several restaurants and shops in the area, so you’ll never run out of things to do. Jalama Beach is a must-see destination for anyone visiting California.
